Our Children Must Read by Age 9

In third grade, students learn to read. In fourth grade, they read to learn. Students who cannot read well almost never catch up.

The Anchorage Public Library can help with that. In addition, APL offers fun reading and learning opportunities for the entire family, or cradle-to-grave, as it were.
