Balancing summer movement

As you move into your summer activities, HealthWise Care Center &  Physical Therapy has some advice for maintaining a healthy body. Have you ever thought about the amount of time you spend on one leg versus the other? Whether walking, running or standing, spending an equal amount of time on each leg is important to maintain muscle balance in both legs. Whether you realize it or not, we spend a great amount of time on a single leg throughout the day.
