Marketplace Spotlight: Aisha Hanson – Young Living Essential Oil
October 10, 2019 by Contributors in Marketplace
With wellness as a focus in society, Aisha loves that Young Living essential oils can easily be made into lotions and other DIY creations.

By Aimee Woodley

Aisha Hanson joined the essential oil family in 2012. A friend of hers introduced her to Young Living Essential oils, and she decided to give them a try.

However, as time passed, they sat in the medicine cabinet. Aisha just wasn’t sure what to do with them. She finally had a party where her friend shared all of the amazing things that oils can do. She shared several reference books and introduced her to the life-changing diffuser.

Many of us with young kids know that there is that age where our kiddos cannot safely take cough syrup, but that doesn’t stop them from getting a cough. When Aisha’s children were in preschool, cough medicine strips had just been pulled from the market. She saw the diffuser as a great option for her munchkins – an “arsenal to comfort their symptoms.” With the diffuser, her passion for essential oils was born. With four children, ranging from 2nd through 11th grade, Aisha wants to not only keep her family healthy, but she wants to keep them safe as well. With essential oils, she is able to use things like bug spray without the harmful effects of ingredients like DEET.

With wellness as a focus in society, Aisha loves that essential oils can easily be made into lotions and other DIY creations. For those not up for DIY, Young Living offers ready-made options as well. There’s a little something for everyone, with natural cleaning products and baby care items as well.

After all of the comfort that essential oils bring to her family, the business side came naturally to Aisha.

While working part-time at Birchwood Christian School and all of her kids in sports, she is grateful for the flexibility Young Living offers. With a convenient membership plan, it is easy for Aisha’s business to stay steady throughout all of life’s changes.

Aisha loves working with others to introduce them to oils through classes or one-on-one over coffee. She has great tools, like the Zyto scanner. This bio-scanning tool gives an idea of areas/body systems to look at that might need extra support.

Be sure to check out all that Young Living has to offer with the coming holiday season – Black Friday, Cyber Monday, a great holiday catalog, and don’t forget those popular Christmas scents! Aisha would love to share more with you about all that Young Living has to offer. You can contact her at 907-230-8177 or coonhanson@gmail.com – or visit her on social media at https://www.facebook.com/funnymotherEO.
