Katie started her LuLaRoe business in December of 2016.
At the time, she was a stay-at-home mom who had reached that point in her life where the youngest duckling was about to head off to kindergarten. Katie wanted to be able to have the flexibility to volunteer at his school while finding something to do with her time. LuLaRoe would be the perfect choice for her.
Fashion had always been a great love of Katie’s.
So, when she found a job where she would be able to have parties, spend time with amazing women and help them find that perfect outfit that made them feel beautiful, she jumped in.
With an inventory of around 1500 pieces, Katie carries tops, leggings, skirts, dresses and more! This vast selection makes it easier for her to help style and make outfits for every occasion for her customers – which is one of her favorite parts of the business.
But pleasing her customers isn’t the only perk of a LuLaRoe business.
In her first year of business, Katie “cruise qualified”, a huge accomplishment for her. She enjoyed a week of hobnobbing with top LuLaRoe leaders, retailers and founders – all while experiencing top-notch training and making lifelong friends.
Now her LuLaRoe business has an exciting new project in the works – it’s going mobile!
The Fergusons recently purchased an older bus and are working on converting it into a mobile boutique. Katie is excited that this new project will make the shopping experience so much more convenient for her customers. She will be able to pull up wherever they may be – mobile parties can be at the office, the park, or the neighborhood BBQ. So many people have busy lives with many activities. Having a mobile business means more time for those activities and happy customers.
