Members of the ERHS Air Force JROTC drill teams collectively took second place overall while competing on Sat., Dec. 3, at the Interior Drill Competition held at North Pole High School.
ERHS took first place in two categories, second place in two categories and third place in two categories.
Samuel Meaders won first place in the Individual Armed Exhibition.
The Unarmed Regulation Drill team consisting of Alanis Abdelnoor, Gloriana Atti, Kevin Craddock, Megan Hancox, Alexia Jennings, Kailah Jones, Korin Mack, Samuel Meaders, Carrie Nordlof, Stephen Peyton, John Timmins and Dylan West, commanded by Danielle Thomas, won first place.
The Armed Regulation Drill team consisting of Kevin Fast, Thomas Bolin, Morgan Bolin, Andre Guiterrez, Xavier Allers, Gloriana Atti, Alexia Jennings, Korin Mack, Cole Mooty, Nicklas Prior, William West and Alecsander Wolfert, commanded by Brady McGee, won second place.
The first year Unarmed Regulation Drill team consisting of Kimberly Allison, Aden Arwood, Collin Dyches, Kollan Lucejko-Reid, Sydney Lutman, Charles Ormsbee, Riley Sheldon, Ethan Wendling and William West, commanded by Rylee Price, earned second place.
The Varsity Color Guard team consisting of Brady McGee, Mateo Medina and Cole Mooty, commanded by Alexia Jennings, took third place.
The first year Color Guard team consisting of Kollan Luczejko-Reid, Riley Sheldon, and William West, commanded by Rylee Price, won third place.
West High School was the overall winner of the Interior Drill Competition.
